Evanston, Ill. – Endeavor HealthSM is simplifying how its community accesses online health information and services by consolidating its family of websites into a single, user-friendly platform: EndeavorHealth.org. This transition goes into effect today, August 5, 2025.
As part of this improvement, several legacy websites have been discontinued, including eehealth.org, northshore.org, swedishcovenant.org, galterlifecenter.org, and nch.org. Anyone who visits those websites after August 5 will automatically be redirected to EndeavorHealth.org.

- Detailed provider profiles with convenient online scheduling options.
- Simplified navigation to quickly access important health information.
- An easy-to-use location finder to locate nearby Endeavor Health facilities.
The “Find a Doctor” tool at EndeavorHealth.org makes it easy to locate any Endeavor Health provider by specialty, location or other criteria. Once the right provider is found, detailed profiles offer convenient online scheduling options. Across many service lines, a “Make an Appointment” feature guides patients through a simple decision tree to find the right scheduling option based on their needs. Community members are encouraged to visit EndeavorHealth.org after the transition to explore a more connected and convenient healthcare experience.
