Abigail is the best!!! She's friendly, caring, and an amazing listener. She listens to understand and addresses whatever issue from her understanding which has been so on point. She is also very supportive in her care; she really makes me feel like she's in the struggle and victories with me. Very encouraging and I can truly tell she wants to see me live my best healthiest form of life which makes it easier for me to make better and healthier choices regarding my health. After so many years with different doctors and struggling to get this diabetes under control, I finally have a teammate in Abigail! She's my MVP!

Dr. Abby as I call her! Is amazing. I know she's not the Dr, but she does everything, and listens better than any Dr I have ever had. She shows care and compassion. My Provider for the appointment was probably the BEST Provider I've ever experienced. I usually don't really get any or complete answers to my questions about my health, tests or medications. I do have a descent science education - B.S.. I have taught health education classes, have advanced first aid & CPR, been a camp health first aid administor, even a volunteer assistantin my local hospital. I've experienced and handled many health/medical situations for y community and family. I do understand medical information answerswhen providedto me. Usually I just receive simple answers are given to me, so I leave my appointment without much info/answers that I'm seaching. Abby provided for all my questions, explaining details I wanted and even showed me info from MyChart from its deeper IT depths that only the Providers can get to. Now I know that only one specific blood test showed me to maybe in a "Grade Three" of a chronic illness which eased my concerns and I did understand. We dicussed my meds and corrected my main T2D med so I t really worked correctly - and it has now. I've found sometimes that Providers don't want to hear about our unhappinesses of our conditions - saying like it "just goes along with it". So I left the office feeling "better" that I can take care of myself with Abby's care beyond just another follow-up checkup and revised med. Thanks, Abby!
