Anna Wells is fantastic. She really listens and also asks the right questions concerning my health. She goes beyond expectations. For example, she gives the fastest way to reach her if there is a problem after I leave. She also discusses options for the future.

I understand her need to wear a mask but because of my hearing difficulty, I missed 90% of what she was saying to me or asking me. I probably answered inappropriately at times.She was very nice however. By the way, I did tell her of my problem.
