I was looking forward to seeing Caryn after seeing good reviews. I was pretty disappointed. She seemed skeptical about a simple blood test that I asked to be ordered and looked only at the computer as she asked me questions. It was pretty disappointing and felt dismissive.

I was able to get in and see a Nurse Practitioner within an hour of my call and my issue was identified and received a prescription to clear it up. I was thankful that I didn't have to wait to a week to see a doctor.

My provider had the worst bedside manner I have seen between being a patient myself and working in healthcare for 6+ years. Extremely condescending in language and tone. I am not hard to please but this was an exceptionally terrible experience. Sympathy and kindness are basic traits all healthcare providers should strive to possess, especially in primary care.

I also appreciated that she was understanding when I mentioned I had PTSD when getting my blood pressure taken so was agreeable to using the number I received using my own device, which had been previously compared with the one used in the office.
