The NP, Caryn Woods, has a very gruff bedside matter. Ahe was dismissive and chastised me for not knowing what a nasal decongestant was. She's just generally unpleasant.

Caryn Woods was outstanding. She was thorough in addressing my concerns and ordered appropriate tests. I also appreciated that she was understanding when I mentioned I had PTSD when getting my blood pressure taken so was agreeable to using the number I received using my own device, which had been previously compared with the one used in the office.

I didn't really have an appointment: I sent a message about my issues in the morning and after I spoke with my nurse I saw two different nurses in the afternoon. I'm just glad they were able to work me in to deal with my issue promptly.
