Dr Pate is a fantastic listener who can discern exactly my needs and questions regarding whatever my office visit is for. It is however difficult to contact specifically his office with quick questions. We older folks don't always have our WiFi up & running properly and prefer to use the old fashioned way of reaching our doctors! A simple phone call that unfortunately turns into a 2-3 day wait for a response.
