The care providers are all great and friendly and efficient.My only complaint would be trying to call to schedule appointments over the last few months the wait time on the phone is often very long. I mean, like 15 minutes waiting in queue.

Dr. Dhara Patel took a same day appointment request that was needed for me to refill several prescriptions. I appreciate her flexibility and understanding. She was very thorough and arranged for blood work to insure nothing had changed that would affect my prescriptions. Also note that my regular Doctor had left the practice and Dr. Patel stepped in to help me out. Many thanks!

The provider didn't say hello and wasn't friendly. She was unwilling to help with other things discussed regarding my care because she wasn't my primary doctor, and cut me off when talking. The situation was very frustrating, that's why MyChart is available for doctors to see your records, it's not my fault my primary never has appointments available! I rarely go to the doctor and with these experiences it doesn't make me feel like going back either, I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

Walk in appointment with NPNP Did not listen to me - as I have frequent upper respiratory issues. Very little she could do for me - just take allergy meds and and cough pearls and ride it out. Sent me for a chest x-ray and said she would call with results. She had a nurse message me one week later!

My care provider was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was a walk-in patient and very concerned about my dizziness. She had me tested for Covid and strep. It was positive for Covid. No wonder I had so many symptoms.

Dr. Khan is a very well mannered person. He very much respects his sick patients and try his hardest to understand their needs and pain. For he can make the best judgmen on how to fight every one cancer situation. His pa is very respectful and very smart intelligent lady.
