About Dylan Panuska, PsyD

Dylan Panuska, PsyD, a clinical psychologist at Endeavor Health, provides therapy through an integrative and patient-centered approach. He collaborates with patients to identify their goals and uses a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to support growth and wellbeing. In his role as manager of behavioral health integration, he also works to expand access to behavioral health services in primary care settings, helping reduce barriers and stigma around mental healthcare.

My endeavor is to bring behavioral integration to as many primary care offices as we can to make therapy more accessible for patients.

Care philosophy

I begin by understanding each patient’s goals and collaborating on the best path forward. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to tailor care to what resonates most with the individual. I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where people can openly explore challenges and focus on their strengths. By combining evidence-based methods with a collaborative process, I aim to help patients develop the tools they need to make meaningful progress and improve their overall wellbeing.
