Elaine Biester, MD, an obstetrician and gynecologist at Endeavor Health, provides care for women from adolescence through menopause with a focus on both preventive and integrative medicine. As an older woman, I no longer have regularly scheduled GYN appointments, but see Dr. Biester every so many years for a check up on an earlier procedure. I wish she had been my gynecologist all along. Dr. Biester is a wonderful doctor. I learned more from her about the procedure I had back in 2016 than I did at the time of the surgery.

I've been to many hospital group practices and Elmhurst has been the best care. ... I can go on and on but Elmhurst by far has helped me reach a better me healthwise. My weight has dropped, my mental health is better and my overall life is just less stressful. And I feel that is because my health has better attention.

This was my first time seeing Dr Biester, who was recommended by a couple of my friends. When I think of an ideal doctor and staff, Dr. Biester and her medical assistant , Asia, were it. They were both so warm and kind. Dr Biester personalized my visit and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout . It wasn't like my previous "hurry up and get out" type of gynecologist appointments . Thank you Dr. Biester!

Dr. Beister did a good job explaining the process to us, and she took measures to remove the birth control herself rather than needing to schedule an ultrasound removal. We were very happy with the outcome and success she had with easy removal of the birth control device. Especially with the history of another doctor not being able to remove it, or find the string previously. Thank you again!
