About George Nissan, DO
George Nissan, DO, a headache medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients living with chronic and complex headache disorders. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Board certified in internal medicine and specially trained in headache medicine, Dr. Nissan has focused on inpatient and outpatient headache care since 2003 and serves as Co-Director of the Endeavor Health Diamond Headache & Migraine Center.

My endeavor is to improve the quality of life of patients with headache disorders and remain committed to each and every patient I treat.

I listen carefully to each patient’s detailed headache history and create a multidisciplinary plan tailored to their needs. This includes lifestyle modifications, preventive therapies and acute headache management to help improve quality of life for those with headache disorders.
