Joshua Lilly, DO, a nonoperative orthopaedic sports medicine physician at Endeavor Health, treats patients of all ages and activity levels—from professional athletes to kids with T-ball injuries. I came in as a walk in due to a severe foot injury. During the entire visit, the staff was incredibly nice and helped me keep up my mood despite a ton of pain. I came in late in the day on a Friday after having Xrays at another site. He was cordial and seemed to know what he was doing. He extracted fluid from my shoullder, prescribed PT and asked if I would like to have a cortisone shot. He didn't really explain the pros and cons and I readily agreed since I had been in before and not given an Xray and was in pain. I wish he had explained that there might be side effects. I was quite dizzy off and on for a few days.

This was my first visit to the Orthopedic Immediate Care center. Although I had called the general hospital number to enquire about it, I didn't need an appointment for my issue (an acute injury) and was a "walk in". From the front desk, to the MA, X-ray team, doctor and being fitted for a brace, I was treated well, and felt cared for. My concerns were heard and validated, and all options presented. The time involved was reasonable for a walk in situation. My minor Injury was treated as important as anything much bigger. That meant a lot to me, as I have some physical issues that can complicate these seemingly minor matters, and that was considered. I will Highly recommend.
