The diagnosis done by my doctor was spot on. As per his advice, the medicine helped me relieve my symptoms in less than 3 days. I'm already feeling 90% better. The overall process at the clinic was well organised and results of the tests were available before the doctor could see me. It took about 40 minutes to finish my appointment.

The reception staff was very accommodating and our medical assistant efficiently took my history. She also acquired the video interpreter for me so that I could understand the visit via Americal Sing Language. Dr. H was warm and personable. He was able to resolve my problem in a few minutes.

One lady at the front desk was a bit rude but everyone else was amazing! Dr. Hegazin was great at listening to my concerns and trying to help me find a solution. This appointment was a second opinion because I felt like the first doctor brushed me off and didn't help.
