My visit which was an initial visit to this practice. I felt that there was a race with a stop watch. The doctor was impersonal and left me with a feeling of "what just happened" . To be honest many of my Endeavor appointments have been like that recently . I do want to give attention shout out to the receptionist.

Did not realize that there was a walk in immediate ortho care office in Gurnee. Was very grateful to be seen right away instead of having to go through the usual chain of visits. Lovely staff. Dr Shah was the orthopedic physician working that day and I found him to be both professional and informative. It was a very positive experience.
