Initially I was not happy with the Miralax cleanse she suggested, however after 2 days of following the directions to continue to take Miralax daily or every other day plus the Metamucil tablets has worked out well.

Samantha was very caring, but short on details on the procedure. I repeatedly needed to ask her questions about it. She was confusing about the use of the prep, but we finally got that straightened out. She was very helpful in putting me on the Wait List because of my own time constraints.

Dr. Ferguson was a good listener, explained the test results, and answered all my questions. And I really liked how a staff member stopped back in my room after the appointment to schedule my next test in person, right in the room, plus she apologized for any waiting. Very kind and friendly.

She was straightforward, but I felt dismissed when speaking as I was trying to explain what has been happening to me. I also was speaking to her about symptoms & medications I take for my skin condition and she stated that due to my race that tends to happen (it had nothing to do with my race).
