Dr. Ferguson was a good listener, explained the test results, and answered all my questions. And I really liked how a staff member stopped back in my room after the appointment to schedule my next test in person, right in the room, plus she apologized for any waiting. Very kind and friendly.

She was straightforward, but I felt dismissed when speaking as I was trying to explain what has been happening to me. I also was speaking to her about symptoms & medications I take for my skin condition and she stated that due to my race that tends to happen (it had nothing to do with my race).
