Sandra Mazur, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in family medicine at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients from infancy through adulthood. With more than 40 years of experience, she values getting to know her patients and their families to deliver care that is respectful, personal and collaborative. Sandra treats each patient the way she would want to be treated, through attentive listening, shared decision-making and compassionate support that empowers lifelong health.

My endeavor is to continue providing the compassionate, personalized care I’ve offered for decades and to help my patients become their own health advocates.

I believe in treating every patient the way I would want to be treated, listening closely, showing respect and making decisions together. Patients deserve to be involved in their care, not just told what to do. Building relationships allows me to notice changes, understand the whole person and create care plans that fit their unique needs.
