From the front office, nurses and lab staff, Dr. Sandra Pena and the team she works are excellent. Very friendly and efficient, but more importantly, Dr. Pena takes time to listen and be thorough in treating her patients. She makes you feel like more than just a number. I have complex medical issues with many specialists, and Dr. Pena makes sure to keep up of all the things going on. She is so thorough that upon review of treatment from a specialist, she caught that I had never been tested for something that might be the root cause of my symptoms. It was a simple lab test, and she was right. She helped me find relief in one area that had been bothering me for over a year. I am so grateful to her. She is a significant drive for me, but honestly, even if I moved across the country I would fly back for care. Rare to find a doctor like her these days. Thank you Dr. Pena and team!

She is very dedicated and detail.check all previous lab, X-rays, ect. To see if anything needs further attention. She also check other doctors notes to see if I need any follow up. I truly believe she is an amazing doctor. That's why is hard to get an appointment with her but I don't mind the waiting because I know once I see her I will love and appreciate my visit with her.

This is my 2nd visit to the offices...my initial welcome from [...], was warm and welcoming from the moment she called my name, through the basic checks of blood pressure, thypical screening questions etc. Having only worked with Dr. Pena once before, I was pleased to find her open to my concerns for a more natural approach to my personal healthcare. Dr. Pena was prepared to discuss my hand pain issue; I could tell she had read the detailed message I sent. She ordered an Xray, which was conveniently completed onsite immediately after my appointment. Dr. Pena provided me with exactly the information I was looking for, and we developed a plan to address the issue. She followed up with an accurate MyChart summary and reminder to contact her in two weeks.

I was blown away by the care and treatment I received. The patient services representative was very attentive and kind. The technician was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor had amazing bedside manner, showed empathy, and made me feel important not like I was just another number. She also listened to everything I said which is very important to me. The phlebotomist was very kind and made me laugh. This office and the care I was received was amazing. In my 36 years of life I can finally say I am completely happy with the doctor and facility chosen.
