All the staff at the office are incredibly kind and responsive. I think the nurse who met with me before meeting with Dr Yoon is called [...] (?) and she is lovely, very kind and encouraging. Dr Yoon is also a pleasure to work with, equally kind and encouraging and takes the time needed to listen and answer all my questions. I'm very happy I found her!
