She was very kind and I liked she reviewed my notes prior to seeing me. She was up to date prior to coming into the room. She eased me with her calmness and answering of my questions. Didn't rush me.

The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was my provider didn't call me about my abnormal labs, nor did I get a letter as to what I can do to improve my lab values. I work hard to stay healthy. I would like some feedback about my abnormal labs. Providers in the past always called me. Instead I had to schedule another appointment to talk to this doctor when it should've been a simple follow up call.
