Sylvia Scrima was a breath of fresh air. I have been on a search for a new PCP and found this practice through my insurance. I had a non-urgent medical issue and was able to schedule with Sylvia quickly, even as a new patient to this office. She was very welcoming and kind, extremely thorough. She didn't assume anything about my medical history, which has happened in the past, and was so knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the care I received from her and the rest of the office staff.

Seemed like little coordination of medical staff during my 3-day hospital stay to help get a handle on pneumonia problems. However, spontaneous A-fib and related problems that developed was handled efficiently.

Sylvia NP was everything I needed in that moment. She took every concern seriously and thought through all possibilities. She truly cared about my input and was very collaborative. She was firm yet kind when she said I needed to go to the ER. I felt very cared for as a patient and very connected as a human.

I am glad to have options to get into to see someone sooner, but I usually have to ask if there is anyone else I can see. Always offer up options to see another type of caregiver in a situation where immediate results are needed for the patient.
