Took time to listen to concerns. Through and complete discussion of matters ate hand. Provided perspective but left patient in control of decisions. Provided referrals for specialists. Apparently looked at records before meeting as she commented about an initial visit last August like it was yesterday. Gives comfort in that she is a caring person not just a clinical visit and yet very professional in her review of concerns.
