Dr. Kim is great! She's been our provider for a few years. […] Dr. Kim seems to be very empathetic. If it wasn't for her empathetic nature I probably would have switched providers by now […] . Empathy is a skill that ALL staff working in customer service should have. Unfortunately, I understand that this is not always the case. However, all staff should be well trained to develop and practice this skill, especially if it's not an innate trait. Thankfully, Dr. Kim still upholds empathy.

After checking my issue and telling me it was ok (not of any major concern which was ggoid), I had to ask in order to get an explanation of what was occurring. It would have been better for her to say no its not x or y but its z... She left off tge z part until I asked. Otherwise she was nice, surprisingly remembered me from a visit a couple years ago as my regular dr was not available either time.
