Concierge cardiology is a membership-based approach to heart care designed to provide a more personalized and accessible care experience. You receive care from board-certified cardiologists, delivered through a model that allows for more time, individualized attention and greater focus on your specific health goals.

With fewer patients in the practice, your cardiologist can dedicate more time and attention to understanding your health history, lifestyle and cardiovascular risk factors, with an emphasis on prevention and early identification of potential issues.

The annual membership fee is $5,000, payable yearly or monthly. The membership fee is paid out of pocket and is not covered by insurance.

Medical services, including office visits, echocardiograms and EKGs, are billed to your insurance. Copayments, coinsurance and deductibles apply.

Insurance will be billed for medical services, and your insurance plan benefits apply, including co-payments, coinsurance and deductibles.

The membership fee itself is not covered by insurance. Concierge cardiology is not FSA eligible. Check with your insurance provider for details about your individual coverage.

Yes. You may contact your cardiologist on nights and weekends for urgent matters that can't wait until the next business day.

Our office team remains available for scheduling and prescription refills. Your cardiologist will remain responsive and may provide care by phone or telehealth as appropriate.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. Your concierge cardiologist can provide follow-up support after the emergency.

Yes. You can continue to use MyChart to communicate with your cardiologist and care team.

Yes. Prorated refunds are issued on a quarterly basis.
