Dr. Ruzumna took time to explain and clarify all questions and concerns that I had regarding my health issues. He was reassuring. He ordered some further tests and created a follow up plan. The staff at the practice were very professional. Staff members at the desk were efficient and professional and compassionate with all patients with whom they interacted. The nurses and clinicians who assisted me prior to my visit with Dr. Ruzumna were very knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and had a great sense of humor. That went a long way to ease the anxiety I was feeling prior to the visit. I left my appointment feeling totally confident in the care I received and will receive from Dr. Ruzumna in the future. I am as confident in the staff that supports him and the other docs in the same practice. The team makes all the difference.
