He was exactly what I had hoped for when hoping to hear my heart isn't broken. I knew something was wrong with my heart and was scared to death because of family hx and he handled my anxiety like a compassionate pro!! He explained this clearly and answered all of my questions to the degree I was asking them. He did not dumb things down for me because he listened when I spoke and could tell I am smart but he didn't over complicate things because he knows I'm not a cardiologist. He did not rush me. He has a warm but bright infectious smile.
