I asked around the radiology wing who had great bedside manner and was given a couple names. I met with Dr. Hassan and was instantly pleased with his aura. He is kind spoken but used words that also expressed his concern but not in an anxiety inducing way. He was exactly what I had hoped for when hoping to hear my heart isn't broken. I knew something was wrong with my heart and was scared to death because of family hx and he handled my anxiety like a compassionate pro!! He explained this clearly and answered all of my questions to the degree I was asking them. He did not dumb things down for me because he listened when I spoke and could tell I am smart but he didn't over complicate things because he knows I'm not a cardiologist. He did not rush me. He has a warm but bright infectious smile. I'm sorry this is so long but hearts are important and he deserves his flowers!!!

He orders tests and then never follows up. I am not a physician so I expect him to contact me in a reasonable amount of time once the tests results are available and interpret them for me. The portal is not the place for me to make assumptions and worry about abnormal results. He needs to contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Hassan is fantastic! Best doctor I have seen in years. Listens to understand, empathetic, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, was able to take all the complex and complicated pieces of my health history and symptomology to create a plan moving forward. He was NOT prepared to listen or treat my symptoms. When I said a medication wasn't doing anything all he offered was to up the dosage, no other treatment options or alternatives. And he didn't listen when I explained current experiences/symptoms and how I'd like to manage them.
