Kelsie Winger, DO, a psychiatrist at Endeavor Health, provides care for adolescents and adults with a focus on inclusive, personalized treatment. She has experience supporting patients across a variety of settings, including underserved communities, substance use programs and women’s mental health. Dr. Winger values patient education and accurate diagnosis, and works collaboratively to identify the most effective care plan for each individual.

Susan E. Ahmari, MD, a psychiatrist at Endeavor Health, specializes in general adult psychiatry with a focus on women’s mental health. She treats patients experiencing mood and anxiety disorders related to reproductive health, including pregnancy, postpartum depression and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Dr. Ahmari is also experienced in supporting individuals with eating disorders. She completed her residency at the University of Chicago and is board certified in psychiatry.

Lekshmi Venugopal, MD, a psychiatrist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for individuals facing depression, anxiety and substance use disorders. She focuses on understanding each patient’s struggles, offering education and prescribing medications when needed. Dr. Venugopal emphasizes teamwork, collaboration and building connections, ensuring patients and their families feel supported throughout their care.

Ankita Sharma, MD, a psychiatrist at Endeavor Health, provides evaluation and treatment for a range of mental health conditions. She cares for patients experiencing depression and also addresses women’s mental health needs. Dr. Sharma develops individualized treatment approaches to support her patients’ overall mental health and wellbeing.

Brooke Zitny, LCSW, a psychologist at Endeavor Health, provides short-term, solution-focused therapy that empowers patients to develop new skills and meet their goals. She treats anxiety, depression and life transitions using cognitive behavioral therapy and group education. Brooke fosters a collaborative environment where patients are supported, heard and guided toward meaningful change.

Lenore Kurpiel, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker at Endeavor Health, provides trauma-informed care to support patients through life’s challenges. With specialized training in EMDR and perinatal mental health, she works with individuals of all ages to help them process trauma, navigate transitions and function more fully in their daily lives. Lenore creates a welcoming, supportive environment where patients can grow at their own pace.

Ashley Rolnik, PhD, a clinical psychologist at Endeavor Health, specializes in health psychology. She helps patients navigate chronic illness, new diagnoses and lifestyle changes using evidence-based therapy. Dr. Rolnik works closely with medical teams to support patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing throughout their healthcare journey.

Jennifer Nierstheimer (She/Her/Hers), PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist at Endeavor Health, provides individual and couples therapy for young adults and adults. She has specialized experience in sexual health, women’s midlife transition support, including perimenopause and menopause, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. She provides gender affirming readiness letters for medical interventions for transgender, nonbinary and gender fluid clients. She also treats anxiety, depression and difficult life transitions. She creates a safe, affirming space where patients feel empowered to share their stories and take steps toward wellbeing.

Helene S. Moses, LCSW, a specialist in individual & relational psychotherapy at Endeavor Health, supports patients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and life stage adjustments. Her clinical interests include women’s mental health, workplace issues and young adult care. Helene speaks English and Hebrew and works with individuals, couples and families across a range of behavioral health needs.

Zahava Davidson, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker at Endeavor Health, offers psychotherapy with expertise in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Gottman-informed couples therapy. With more than two decades of experience, she works with individuals and couples to address complex emotional and relational challenges. Zahava also serves as division chief and helped establish a robust network of social work providers within the Department of Psychiatry.
