Rafael Rivera, LCSW, a psychotherapist at Endeavor Health, provides strength-based, solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples and families. Rafael specializes in helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma and self-esteem, creating a supportive space where healing can begin.

Helene S. Moses, LCSW, a specialist in individual & relational psychotherapy at Endeavor Health, supports patients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and life stage adjustments. Her clinical interests include women’s mental health, workplace issues and young adult care. Helene speaks English and Hebrew and works with individuals, couples and families across a range of behavioral health needs.

Zahava Davidson, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker at Endeavor Health, offers psychotherapy with expertise in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Gottman-informed couples therapy. With more than two decades of experience, she works with individuals and couples to address complex emotional and relational challenges. Zahava also serves as division chief and helped establish a robust network of social work providers within the Department of Psychiatry.
