My endeavor is to care for others to help them be and feel their best.
I view patient care as a partnership, much like a relationship in sickness and in health. My goal is to teach patients to care for themselves not only when sick but also when healthy to prevent illness. I listen closely, create plans to address concerns and, if I don’t have the answer, I work to find someone who does. This collaborative approach helps patients feel supported and cared for.
Ashley DiCosola, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in family medicine at Endeavor Health, provides care across the lifespan in the Immediate Care setting. With a background in women’s health and pediatric intensive care, she now focuses on diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions, offering patients accessible and timely care. Ashley emphasizes patient partnership, teaching the importance of health maintenance in sickness and in health, and helping individuals navigate care plans that fit their needs. She is dedicated to expanding healthcare access and supporting patients in moments of urgency.
