Rachel was good at facilitating the group. I enjoyed hearing other people's questions and felt like others in the group asked things I wouldn't have thought of myself. It also helped build a sense of community. I felt very ignorant after giving birth to my first child and this group was exactly what I was looking for. I'd probably do it again, even after getting all of this information because I think it's so important to stay informed about pregnancy and birth.
