Rachel Blumenthal, APN-CNM, a certified nurse midwife at Endeavor Health, provides care for women and families throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. With more than 30 years of experience in obstetrics, she has worked as a nurse in labor and delivery, in office settings and as a midwife. Rachel emphasizes respectful, empowering care that helps patients make informed decisions. She supports individuals from adolescence through menopause, offering education and guidance to ensure care is tailored to each stage of life.

My endeavor is to provide respectful, kind care to both patients and colleagues, and to be known as a trusted, supportive care provider.

I treat all patients with respect and give them the knowledge they need to make their own decisions. My goal is to help families feel empowered during some of the most vulnerable times of their lives. By listening, educating and supporting patients, I aim to create a care experience that is both respectful and individualized.

Rachel was exceptionally kind and professional to me during a difficult exam. She took her time to explain to me what was happening and I felt like a patient with a caring healthcare provider and not a faceless number.

I have never had such a positive experience with an ob/gyn!! She was very sensitive in being careful to let me know what she was doing throughout the entire pap smear. It made feel like she understood the vulnerable ppsition I was in having my private area being examined. She was professional and very kind.

I did not know that RACHEL LEAH BLUMENTHAL, APN-CNM, is not a doctor but w mid-wide. I've only ever had doctors. I miss my gynecologist who retired a few years ago. I've had about 3 after she left and they have not had the same bedside manner. Rachel has outdone all the 3 replacement doctors.

Dr. Rachel shows care and compassion. Listens throughly to any needs or concerns regarding your health. She answers all questions and offers her medical advice and provides choices as it pertains to your lifestyle. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable during your visit.

Rachel Blumenthal was incredibly helpful, caring, informed and sympathetic during my visit. She connected me with the nurse navigator and getting me in to an emergency appointment with the midwife lactation specialist then next day as well as getting me a prescription for an antibiotic to help the infection I was fighting.
