About Rachel Blumenthal, APN-CNM
Rachel Blumenthal, APN-CNM, a certified nurse midwife at Endeavor Health, provides care for women and families throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. With more than 30 years of experience in obstetrics, she has worked as a nurse in labor and delivery, in office settings and as a midwife. Rachel emphasizes respectful, empowering care that helps patients make informed decisions. She supports individuals from adolescence through menopause, offering education and guidance to ensure care is tailored to each stage of life.

My endeavor is to provide respectful, kind care to both patients and colleagues, and to be known as a trusted, supportive care provider.

My goal is to help families feel empowered during some of the most vulnerable times of their lives. By listening, educating and supporting patients, I aim to create a care experience that is both respectful and individualized.

Rachel Blumenthal was incredibly helpful, caring, informed and sympathetic during my visit. She connected me with the nurse navigator and getting me in to an emergency appointment with the midwife lactation specialist then next day as well as getting me a prescription for an antibiotic to help the infection I was fighting.

I really enjoyed going to the centering group and found it very informative. Rachel was good at facilitating the group. I enjoyed hearing other people's questions and felt like others in the group asked things I wouldn't have thought of myself. It also helped build a sense of community. I felt very ignorant after giving birth to my first child and this group was exactly what I was looking for. I'd probably do it again, even after getting all of this information because I think it's so important to stay informed about pregnancy and birth. A group setting also helped me to process and ask follow up questions.
