Took all of my concerns seriously, and allowed me to introduce additional topics \/ concerns that I had not initially come in with. For example, I came in to seek a screening for ovarian cancer and then while I was there, I remembered that I had been wanting to speak with someone about menopause. She spent a lot of time providing information about my options. She had a warm friendly demeanor and seemed to genuinely invested in providing me with the best care. When I left, I had a clear plan for next steps, as well as a lot more clarity and reassurance about my health. In the future, I will continue with her or another nurse \/ midwife \/ nurse practitioner because I feel they are WAY more invested in total patient care than physicians these days.","ratings":[],"overallRating":{"name":"Likelihood to recommend","value":5}}]
