About Allison Manko, APN-CNM
Allison Manko, APN-CNM, a certified nurse midwife at Endeavor Health, provides care in midwifery and obstetrics and gynecology. She was inspired to pursue midwifery after working as a doula and witnessing her first birth, which shaped her path in women’s health. Allison cares for women from puberty through menopause, offering prenatal care, labor and delivery support, gynecologic visits and family planning. She values individualized, empowering care that meets patients’ goals, combining evidence-based medicine with the long-standing traditions of midwifery to provide safe, personalized experiences.

My endeavor is to make my patients feel empowered and to give them ownership in their healthcare and make them feel like they have a partner in all of their healthcare decisions.

I so value the care Allison Manko gives her patients. She is personable, kind, and knowledgeable - I truly feel like I'm talking to a professional and friend that cares and wants to hear what I have to say and address any questions I have. I've been seeing Allison Manko for over a year now, and every visit reminds me how grateful I am to have her as my provider. Allyson may be one of the best providers I have ever seen. She was so kind and gentle. She was reassuring, patient, and led with excitement. She educated me without scaring me and she took away a lot of anxiety I felt about OB appointments. Based on my schedule, there are a few times I won't be able to meet with her, but I am prioritizing visits with her because I love the way I felt when I left.

Dr. Allison Manko is absolutely amazing. She takes great care in talking and caring for her patients: answering all questions, making sure that they are comfortable with everything, etc. She is amazing and I feel so lucky to have gotten her as my doctor for pregnancy related concerns and appointments. I contacted my provider via mychart and had a question. The providers staff (not the provider) responded with a follow up question, which I answered, and then NEVER returned my message. This caused a delay in care during my appointment.

Allison was one of the best medical providers I have seen. Way better than any recent appointments I have had with physicians (MDs), who seem to be very rushed and indifferent these days. Allison spent a lot of time with me. Took all of my concerns seriously, and allowed me to introduce additional topics / concerns that I had not initially come in with. For example, I came in to seek a screening for ovarian cancer and then while I was there, I remembered that I had been wanting to speak with someone about menopause. She spent a lot of time providing information about my options. She had a warm friendly demeanor and seemed to genuinely invested in providing me with the best care. When I left, I had a clear plan for next steps, as well as a lot more clarity and reassurance about my health. In the future, I will continue with her or another nurse / midwife / nurse practitioner because I feel they are WAY more invested in total patient care than physicians these days.
