This time it was the gyne-urology dept. Sooo caring. So kind. Amazing followup during a tricky and layered situation my mom has been dealing with. To the ER staff that is always seemingly slammed but has the fortitude to show grace under pressure. What can we say? I do know when we call the general number they have been phenomenal--being able to handle my mom's tricky situations and escalate them appropriately so that call backs happen no matter what.
