Swedish once again showed excellence in care across the board for my mother. From the phone calls on the two last occasions that required quick contact with drs, to getting labs done even tho there was a change in her Dr (her Dr. Had left and we did not fall through the cracks!) to the great people who went above and beyond to relay messages, to all the assts and nursing staff who helped my mom, we are so very grateful. This time it was the gyne-urology dept. Sooo caring. So kind. Amazing followup during a tricky and layered situation my mom has been dealing with. To the ER staff that is always seemingly slammed but has the fortitude to show grace under pressure. What can we say? I do know when we call the general number they have been phenomenal--being able to handle my mom's tricky situations and escalate them appropriately so that call backs happen no matter what. Seriously thank you.

I get very anxious at medical appointments and both Dr. Abassi and her nursing staff were incredibly kind and kept me informed about what was happening throughout the visit without any pressure to make certain choices. I felt heard and respected, and I've already recommended her to 2 different friends.

The doctor who I saw rushed me, it was the first time meeting her, and she said I'm measuring small again and they might induce me 3-4 weeks early but don't worry until next appointment and left. Absolutely no bed side manner and I do not wish to see this provider ever again.

Dr. Abbasi was absolutely wonderful-sweet, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and her calm, caring demeanor instantly put me at ease. It's clear she truly cares about her patients. I'm so glad I found her!

Dr Abassi is amazing! Its been years since I have felt so comfortable seeing a obgyn. I can't say enough good things about her, she was kind and patient she went over everything with me and took her time answering any of my questions. I will definitely recommend her to many women. Felt like the MD wanted to get the appointment over with- she barely showed me the baby and although she answered my questions, she was ready to walk out every other sentence. My visit with her was less than 10 minutes with the ultrasound although we waited patiently, she didn't show the same patience with us.
