Paul Marsiglia, DO, a pain medicine and anesthesiology specialist at Endeavor Health, evaluates and treats a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions. Demetrios Louis, MD, a pain medicine and anesthesiology specialist at Endeavor Health, evaluates and treats a wide range of spine and musculoskeletal pain conditions. He has extensive training in interventional pain management, including minimally invasive orthopedic and spine procedures supported by advanced imaging and technology. Dr. Louis cares for people experiencing back, neck, joint and nerve-related pain and offers options such as spinal injections, nerve blocks and neuromodulation when appropriate. His clinical background includes residency training in anesthesiology and fellowship training in interventional pain management.
