Thomas Scaletta, MD, an emergency medicine physician at Endeavor Health, provides expert care during patients’ most urgent and vulnerable moments. He focuses on compassion, clear communication and clinical competence, working to help patients understand their care and feel supported throughout their emergency visit and beyond. Dr. Scaletta also embraces innovation, including AI tools that enhance patient safety and diagnosis.

Nirav Shah, MD, an infectious disease physician at Endeavor Health, treats hospitalized patients with infections while leading systemwide innovation and research initiatives. In addition to his clinical role, he serves on Endeavor Health’s innovation and informatics teams and conducts NIH-funded research in AI, population health and digital health tools. Dr. Shah helps bring new therapies and technologies to patients while improving care delivery at both the individual and population levels.
