I purposely try to get an early appointment because my logic is the wait time should be shorter. My appointment yesterday was for 8 AM and I asked the MA if Dr. Koh is running on time and she said no, it's going to be a wait, there's three or four people still ahead of you after he finishes with the person he's with.
