Dr. Koh is an excellent physician and surgeon, I like him and I trust him. I have had four surgeries with him and been seeing him for 14 years. The areas that are consistently in need of improvement are: The average wait time before Dr. Koh comes in the room is at least 45 minutes. I purposely try to get an early appointment because my logic is the wait time should be shorter. My appointment yesterday was for 8 AM and I asked the MA if Dr. Koh is running on time and she said no, it's going to be a wait, there's three or four people still ahead of you after he finishes with the person he's with. The other issue is being able to get an appointment soon as within 2 to 3 weeks versus waiting 6-8 weeks but this visit wasn't urgent, therefore, this was not an issue.
