I begin by understanding each patient’s goals and collaborating on the best path forward. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to tailor care to what resonates most with the individual. I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where people can openly explore challenges and focus on their strengths. By combining evidence-based methods with a collaborative process, I aim to help patients develop the tools they need to make meaningful progress and improve their overall wellbeing.
Dylan Panuska, PsyD, a clinical psychologist at Endeavor Health, provides therapy through an integrative and patient-centered approach. He collaborates with patients to identify their goals and uses a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to support growth and wellbeing.
