Mary Pribyl, PhD, a psychologist at Endeavor Health, provides psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment concerns, schizophrenia and addictions. Her background includes doctoral training in clinical psychology at Northwestern University with experience in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction-focused treatment. Dr. Pribyl works collaboratively with patients to help them understand their concerns and explore approaches that support meaningful emotional and behavioral change.

Zahava Davidson, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker at Endeavor Health, offers psychotherapy with expertise in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Gottman-informed couples therapy. With more than two decades of experience, she works with individuals and couples to address complex emotional and relational challenges. Zahava also serves as division chief and helped establish a robust network of social work providers within the Department of Psychiatry.

Stephanie Ross, PhD, a psychologist at Endeavor Health, supports children, adults and families as they navigate complex medical decisions, medical crises and the emotional impact of trauma. She helps patients adjust to the challenges that come with sudden or long-term health changes, offering counseling and practical guidance throughout the process. Her approach includes identifying coping strategies, strengthening communication within families and connecting individuals to supportive resources. She aims to create a space where people feel understood and equipped to move forward during difficult moments.
