2. Simple location finder. Quickly and easily search across our 9 community-based hospitals, Immediate Care Centers, and 300+ care locations across Chicagoland, for expert, compassionate care where, when and how you need it.

Easy access to your secure online patient portal to manage your health 24/7, view your test results and medical records, message your healthcare providers, request prescription refills, schedule appointments, pay bills and more. Be assured that your patient portal’s access, functionality and security have not changed. If you have separate accounts on more than one patient portal with Endeavor Health, your account credentials will stay the same on those portals. Access to medical records also remains unchanged.

Robust sections for our 5 clinical institutes, including Primary Care, Cardiovascular, Cancer, Neurosciences and Orthopaedics, showcasing convenient access to pioneering, world-class care. You’ll also find access to over 40 specialties and services, making it easier to get the right care, close to home
