Katie was wonderful. Got me in right away assessed my situation and immediately scheduled me to get additional scans same day. She then followed up promptly with a phone call once the results were in. Her nurse,I can't remember her name, was also great!

Katie Shay was a true angel. I came in after years of feeling undervalued and unheard by previous providers, but from the moment I met Katie I felt welcomed, warm, and comfortable. She not only took the time to hear me out, but sat with me and spent time diving deep Into each of my concerns. I left feeling confident and like I could genuinely trust her with my health journey. 5 Stars!

I've been seeing Kathryn Shay for a year and she has a balance of empathy and knowledge that I would want all my providers to have. She has always made me feel empowered to ask questions, bring up concerns, and advocate for myself without feeling embarrassed. When I have a concern, she addresses it and takes action or makes a plan, she's not dismissive. I feel very safe under her care.

I am amazed by how immediately comfortable I felt when speaking with Dr. Shay. I explained to her some of the personal health issues I'm experiencing, and she made me feel so validated and "seen." Even from just one visit, I can tell that she has my best interests in mind and will do what it takes to work with me on getting where I want to be health-wise.

Katherine Shay really knew her stuff. She took a serious interest in how you were doing with yourself. I would recommend her very highly to other females who don't get this kind of care from male doctors. She should of went for her MD degree because she is excellent with her skills you don't have that now a days with mostly men doctors they need to be more involve with females bodies like they are with mens. 5 stars for her. And I was a new pt to her.

My care provider is newer after my original one left, it's hard sometimes when a care provider you have been with for awhile leaves but the new provider Katie Shay was wonderful and I am very happy to stay in the office and keep her as my provider.
