Dr. Benson saved my life by calling me at home on a weeknight at 7 pm to tell me that I needed to admit myself to the hospital immediately. Not the next morning, but right then. Without going into extensive detail, I discovered later that my liver was on the verge of a complete shutdown. I could easily have died had he not taken immediate action. I thank him every time I see him for going above and beyond to save me.

The reputation of the procedure doesn't help as the date of the procedure approaches but everyone made It even more pleasant, with reminders of the preps, instructions, time, the steps to complete as the date approaches, answering questions all the way through preparation. The staff at the clinic were always available with answers and instructions, supportive, comforting, friendly, through the procedure, recovery and offering any questions or help.
