My experience with Dr. Gafni-Kane was really great. I was super worried about the appointment in advance because I had just seen another provider who saw me for only 15 minutes and was very invalidating. Dr. Gafni-Kane was the complete opposite. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that did not invalidate my experiences whatsoever, he was very validating. Great doc, friendly and caring. Questionnaire prior to visit greatly informed and prepped doc & nurse for the visit. What we thought as a consult for a second opinion became, 'would you want to get the Catheter' removed today. Voiding trial successful rather than being kept in for another month under another doc. This is the practice you want to be referred to from the hospital. Very grateful.

Dr Adam Gafni-Kane was amazing. He perfectly balances being down to earth and approachable while also being professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like awkward when asking a question. His responses were understandable. Medical terminology was used, but the explanation of what it meant was woven right into the statements. Sometimes terminology is only explained after you ask for clarification or it's done in a condescending manner. Dr Adam provided all of the information in a matter of fact style I really appreciated.
