I have a broken cpap machine and had difficulty with scheduling with […] . Then someone I was expressing my lack of attention to my need for urgency in getting a new machine was defensive and I felt it best to not push that and just focus on getting a machine - the doctor was prompt and the service provider for the cpap was good and the scheduler for appointing pick up machine was good.

Telehealth visit with Dr Posner was great. Excellent bedside manner. Took the time to listen and understand my history and current situation. Was able to access sleep apnea studies performed through Endeavor Health 10 and 3 yrs ago. Suggested monitoring the situation with a third party app to see if another sleep study was needed. Advice provided was clear and thoughtful.

I like this doctor. He is very thorough and was able to help me realize a med was causing issues even though it wasn't his med ordered. I stopped the med and cannot believe how much better I feel. I wish he had some magic to help me sleep though

This was my first telemedicine visit and I was a little anxious, however Dr. Posner made me feel very comfortable. I was quite surprised how he took the time to look at all my reports and show care in diving into my past to understand my current conditions. He didn't rush through the appointment yet Instead showed great care and concern.

I came into the office feeling like I knew nothing about his specialty and why it might be of benefit to me and left feeling well informed and looking forward to getting valuable information from the sleep study we scheduled. I had a very positive experience with the care providers involved in each aspect of the visit. The person who scheduled the appointment was polite, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule a time that worked well for me. The technician was very well informed and knowledgeable, very helpful in answering questions and informing me of important aspects of my care in a clear manner. Dr. Posner responded in a timely manner with a profitable discussion covering all aspects of my care. All of my questions were answered. In addition, to conclude a very well-managed process the summary notes were excellent, complete, and useful. The visit was very profitable and gave me confidence moving forward with this group.
