My visit was extremely smooth from the speeded up appointment convenience through the entire visit. There were medical reasons to see Dr. Hentati sooner than original appointment. As always reception and vitals-taking staff was efficient and courteous. Dr. Hentati had reviewed an MRI, other recent medical history of mine, and he listened intently while recording details. His personal concern is evident to me. I am grateful each time I meet with him. His openness and frank appraisal are very much appreciated.

Dr. Hentati is engaged, caring, does not discriminate or judge based off of appearance(the same cannot be said about others I have interacted with within Northshore Emergency dept. Tattoos and long beards should not be looked at as someone who is a drug seeker).He provides expertise about questions I have about other possible MS medications and has become a trusted doctor since meeting him five years ago when he diagnosed my condition. He is kind, funny, and is a delight to chat with.
