Easy to deal with and get answers

I waited over 2 months for my appointment to see Dr.Kakodkar and she spent literally 5 minutes with to me, dismissed my concerns and nothing was fully addressed.

I was referred to ENT from Urgent Care due to a sore throat and not being able to swallow. I was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid from Urgent Care.

The provider was very busy and it came across in her demeanor. She seems very knowledgeable but does not spend much time with the patient doing appointments. I wish she had more time as I did feel as though my issue was not prioritized.

She was fantastic! My previous doctor had retired so Dr. K was taking over my care. She was very thorough in getting history from me and seemed genuinely interested to hear what was going on and how she could help. She took her time, I never felt rushed. I appreciated her thoughts and suggestions in moving forward with my care. She even noticed I was overdue for some testing with another issue and wanted to get right on top of that. Excellent care!
