After X-ray Dr. Crespo walked in and said "You have tendonitis.. You will get PT." And left. I later looked at my after visit summary only to see that he wrote nothing on it. Also After X-ray Dr. Crespo walked In and said "You have tendonitis. You will have PT" and left. I looked for further Instruction on the after visit summary and he had written nothing. Also there were no notes.
