Dr Mitchell does not make you feel rushed, she's super attentive and great at main you feel like you just saw her the day before, when it was the 6m mths or a year ago.

Dr. Mitchell is an attentive listener during the appointment and afterward she follows up with other physicians involved in my care-endocrinologists, cardiologists, vascular specialists, exercise physiologists, urogynologists, and so on. She actually coordinates your care. How rare this is!

She always takes time to listen to all my concerns. It's getting harder to see a doctor and actually spend time with them these days because they are being pressured to see more patients, but Dr. Alexandra makes me feel heard and understood. She takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand and lays out all the options. She is dying breed of physician. One that actually care about the whole person.

On first impression I really liked her. But she has not followed thru after the first or the second visit on treating my osteoporosis, each time telling me she would consult with the rheumatologist on which medication would be the best given the many medications I take for heart issues. And she would get back to me. I have sent two messages over the last two weeks inquiring. No response.

I appreciate that Dr. Mitchell spends time with me during the appointment to address all my concerns and I don't feel rushed. I know physicians are being encouraged to see more patients in less time and I don't think that is a good model for healthcare. Dr. Mitchell doesn't make me feel rushed and takes time to discuss my concerns in a meaningful way.
