I believe Dr Seidler did a good job with my initial visit

Dr. Seidler is an excellent doctor. However, reaching him personally is virtually impossible. If it was an emergency, I would be dead. Just trying to make a call becomes an issue. I realize this is a call center but you have to analyze the procedures trying to reach a doctor/office and completely revise them. Hopefully, this will actually be read by someone who will read it and understand.

The Doctor spent very little time with me. The office was clean, the staff was welcoming & communication with the office was easy. Although the doctor was professional, I would have liked more time to discuss the reason for my visit. In short, the appt. Felt rushed.
