Dr. Konyukhov appears to be a knowledgeable and capable provider. However, I found his communication to be somewhat challenging. He spoke very quietly throughout our interaction, and when I leaned in to better hear and engage, he seemed to lower his tone even further. Additionally, when I inquired about his preferred approach to care, I felt his response was somewhat dismissive. Clearer and more engaging communication would help improve the overall patient experience

The physician had been rigid on my care choices and I have been restricted to see other providers for a second opinion or review. No blood testing has been done in my time with this provider. My previous provider would monitor blood levels and physical responses to ensure there have been no changes to my health.

Nurse that helped me was lovely. Very kind, empathetic, and interested in what was happening to me. The doctor seemed like he couldn't care less. He seemed bored and disinterested from the start of the interaction. He did not show any empathy regarding the pain I was in. He mumbled throughout the interaction and gave me options for pain management without giving a recommendation. I plan to see another neurologist for a second opinion but would not return to him.

I liked the way he explained things and explored my priorities instead of just saying "here's a pill. Goodbye. "I wish he knew more about the connections between auto immune diseases and their neuro consequences. That was not clear to me.

Very friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, to see in the nurse, to see in the doctor, to checking out. Ferry could experience. Originally had an appointment later in the year but when my primary care notify them of the immediate need they were able to move me up sooner. That was very much appreciated
